My Story
Stan and his wife moved into Solivita in 2012 after traveling in their motor home for 22 months full time, all over our beautiful United States, looking for the perfect place to settle down. Yes, they found the perfect place, Solivita.
Stan retired as a top 10% insurance and securities executive sales representative for a major insurance group. Stan's activities include singing with many groups, cantoring at church, calling bingo and enjoying life in paradise. Stan and Cheryl both are active members of the "Solivita Family".
After becoming the #2 agent (total sales/listings) living in Solivita in 2022 Stan decided the community needed an agency that cared for their clients needs and fit the needs of sellers in the Solivita area and buyers from around the world. He opened Gold Key Associates and it is on its way to becoming a top real estate office in the Poinciana area.
